Scientific Seminar dedicated to the Government Standard of Ukraine 4145-2002

Location of the seminar: National Technical University of Ukraine "KPI", Kiev, Pobeda Av. 37, research library.
Department of special telecommunicational systems and information protection of Security Service of Ukraine, National Technical University of Ukraine "KPI", a small-scale enterprise "DINA", Ukrainian Academy of Cryptography and the Information Defenders Alliance "AZIS" invite everybody to take part in the scientific seminar "Government Standard of Ukraine 4145-2002. Information Technologies. Cryptographic Information Security. Digital signature based on elliptic curves. Generation and testing."
Seminar program:
March 25, start at 11:00 a.m.
- Comparative analysis of construction characteristics and principles of the standards of digital signature (DS) on properties of elliptic curves;
- Direction of legal regulation of questions of DS use;
- Technical-organizational questions of construction and functioning of DS national system;
- Mathematical aspects of cryptography with asymmetric keys;
- Statements of the seminar participants.
March 26, start at 10:00 a.m.
- Principles of construction of cryptographic algorithms on elliptic curves;
- Realization of operations in Jacobians of elliptic curves;
- Standardization of the interface and format of the data;
- Means of hardware realization of elements of the Government Standard of Ukraine 4145-2002;
- Statements of the seminar participants.
For participation in the seminar it is necessary to send 216 grn. (without the VAT, according to the item 2 of the Law of Ukraine " About the Value Added Tax ") for each participant of the seminar on the settlement account of the fund "Information Defenders Alliance "AZIS" ¹260090019228 in "Ukrainian Credit Bank ", Kyiv, MFO 321701, ZKPO 26266416. The payment in cash is possible during the registration of the seminar participants.
All participants who have paid for participation in the seminar are provided with materials containing the comments to the Government Standard of Ukraine 4145-2002 and reports of the leading experts in the field of information security.
Registration of the participants - March 25, 2003, starts at 9:00 a.m. in the premise of library of National Technical University of Ukraine "KPI". At the registration it is necessary to present the copy of the payment order.
The participants of the seminar from other cities can take up their residence in a comfortable student's dormitory. In that case it is necessary to report the date of arrival and the contact telephone till March 18.
